Although each case is unique, over the years we have collected a list of questions that get asked during the course of a divorce. Read through these most frequently asked questions on divorces and contact us for a consultation.

Yes.
 What assets the parties own, what debts the parties have, whether a spouse qualifies for spousal maintenance, a rough estimate on child support obligations, a visitation schedule for the child(ren), how much medical support will be ordered. 
 Income tax returns, financial statements (these are often filed when borrowing money), explanation of employment benefits for you and your spouse, credit card statements, recent statement for retirement plans, deeds to any property owned by the parties, real estate tax bills or appraisals, insurance policies (life, medical, homeowner’s), bank statements, documents showing any business interest, trust documents, wills by you or your spouse.  

There is no charge for the first consultation. During this initial consultation, I will gather information from the prospective new client, answer questions and evaluate your case.
